Non-discrimination policy

This Non-discrimination Policy (this “Policy”) is expressly incorporated in HatchPath’s terms of use agreement. All terms defined in that terms of use agreement (excluding the policies) have the same meanings in this Policy.

HatchPath’s mission is to help Clients build better lives for themselves by collaboratively working with Coaches to develop the plans and use the tools to reach the Clients’ goals. Although a lone company cannot compel concord among its community members, HatchPath constantly promotes respect, acceptance and empathy throughout its community because many of its members are engaged in formidable and demanding challenges.

HatchPath strongly encourages all Members to be respectful of all other Members in each interaction. Be accepting of Members. Exercise compassion.

In particular, Members must not discriminate against any other Member in seeking Coaching Services, in providing Coaching Services, in posting any Content, including Reviews, or in messaging other Members, based on another Member’s race, ethnicity, citizenship, skin color, national origin, age (except as the terms of use agreement applies to Minors), religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or marital status.
