Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At HatchPath, coaching sessions are held just for you. Once a session is booked, your coach sets aside that time specifically for your appointment. We ask that all users respect their coach’s time and availability.

  • Cancellation Window: You must cancel or reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance through your HatchPath account.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session or do not show up, the session will be marked as forfeited and your session credit will not be refunded.

  • Repeated Missed Sessions: After two missed sessions (either late cancellations or no-shows), your account will be suspended. All future sessions will be canceled and your organization will be informed. Any unused session credits may be reassigned to other members at your organization’s discretion.
