Jordan Dunin’s Mission: Offer Support and Commitment to Burned-Out Nurses Through HatchPath

If there is one profession that exemplifies empathy, resilience, and selflessness in the face of pressure, it’s nursing. Every day, nurses across the U.S. navigate long hours, emotional fatigue, and systemic underappreciation. Yet, many of them still enter the field knowing these challenges, because they’re driven by a deep desire to help others. Unfortunately, society often doesn’t help them back.

The problem is increasingly clear. Burnout among nurses has reached alarming levels, with surveys indicating that more than 60% of U.S. nurses report symptoms of emotional exhaustion. But as HatchPath founder Jordan Dunin points out, the most troubling part is not just the burnout, it’s that those most affected often remain silent. “The people that are at the highest risk of burnout are typically the ones that stay quiet,” he explains. “They are overwhelmed, exhausted, and often don’t know where to turn. That’s why we built HatchPath, to meet them where they are.”

HatchPath, a platform offering holistic coaching for personal growth, is not a normal solution. Instead, it provides a concierge-style wellness experience with services tailored to the lives of medical professionals. After all, as Dunin puts it, “Nurses don’t need another obligation, they need relief, support, and space to choose it for themselves.”

The program’s accessibility is deliberate. Session lengths were shortened from an hour to 30 minutes to accommodate demanding schedules. “We know nurses are taking calls in their cars between shifts or on their lunch breaks,” Dunin says. “That’s why we made it as easy as possible. No stress. Just real support.”

That flexibility and respect for their time is just one reason HatchPath resonates. But it goes deeper than structure. Nurses engaging with HatchPath are not required to share their participation. Sessions are private, opt-in only, and rooted in trust. “We’ll never force wellness on someone,” Dunin emphasizes. “You need to want to change. And when you do, we’re here with empathy and accountability.”

HatchPath’s approach spans three core areas: emotional wellness (including hypnosis, meditation, and breathwork), physical well-being (nutrition and health), and purpose-driven coaching (career and life clarity). These offerings are supported by expert coaches and a dedicated concierge, which Dunin calls the most valuable touchpoint. He says, “We assign someone who’s with you every step of the way. From selecting the right coach to booking and rescheduling, you are never alone.”

For Dunin, this mission is personal. He spent extended time in hospitals during a period of illness and credits nurses with shaping his path toward healing. “I was angry, closed off, and didn’t think mindset or nutrition could make a difference,” he admits. “But I met people who cared, especially nurses, and slowly started to shift.”

That appreciation only deepened recently with the birth of his son. “Watching the nurses with my wife, seeing how they did so much more than just the medical tasks, it was humbling,” Dunin says. “They were the real support system. Long shifts, minimal rest, and still offering so much care.”

It’s this reverence for nurses that keeps Dunin grounded in HatchPath’s purpose: giving back to the caregivers. “Nursing is not just a job, it’s a calling,” he says. “They go in knowing it will be tough. But they choose it anyway, because they want to help people. That deserves our support.”

At HatchPath, support is not just a buzzword; it’s the foundation. Built on the idea that real transformation only happens when someone is ready, the platform exists to guide, not push. And for those like nurses, who give their all every day, that kind of tailored, respectful support may just be the thing that helps them rediscover their strength.

As Dunin puts it, “Change is hard. But when someone chooses to change and knows someone’s walking with them every step of the way, that’s when real healing begins.”
