Kelly’s evidence-based consultative approach is designed to meet clients where they are and support growth though a process of learning and applying strategies to create desired outcomes.
With over 25 years of military-related relocations, raising a family, and career redesigns, Kelly brings a deep appreciation for the ambiguity of military-connected life and unique challenges of constant change.
Kelly’s passion for building resilience extends to her certifications as a Life, Leadership & Executive Coach, an Army Master Resilience Trainer, and a Stress, Sleep, and Recovery coach.
