Kelly Clark
Kelly Clark is an experienced educator and coach committed to empowering individuals and families to thrive. Her professional journey began as a classroom teacher, fostering a love of learning in young students and engaging in community efforts to strengthen family relationships. Kelly’s evidence-based consultative approach is designed to meet clients where they are and support growth though a process of learning and applying strategies to create desired outcomes.

Alexandra Kozlowski
Alexandra is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), ISSA Certified Nutritionist, Strength & Conditioning Coach, USATF Level 1 Running Coach, and experienced online performance coach. She specializes in running, strength training, and whole-food nutrition, helping athletes and everyday movers improve performance, prevent injuries, and prioritize lifelong health.

Brian “Coach” Landry
With over 40 years of leadership experience, Brian is a trusted advisor to executives and organizations striving to reach their highest potential. Nicknamed “Coach” during his 25-year career in the U.S. Air Force, Brian began as a Navigator and later transitioned into leadership and team development roles. He earned his Ph.D. in Leadership from Gonzaga University in 2008 and, after retiring from the Air Force in 2013, founded a consulting firm specializing in leadership and organizational development.

Chad Lassere
As an Air Force Special Operations veteran and founder of his coaching practice, Chad is dedicated to empowering driven professionals to navigate life’s transformative stages and elevate their careers to the next level. With a strong foundation in military leadership and extensive development experience, he specializes in guiding individuals through career transitions, enhancing leadership authenticity, and building resilience for long-term success.

Matt Cable
Matt is a 12-year Air Force veteran, a two-time leukemia survivor, and a bone marrow transplant recipient. Through every challenge, the gym has been his anchor, pushing him forward and shaping his resilience.
